Bath Gallery

Bath, set in the hills of Somerset, is one of Britain’s best-preserved examples of Georgian urban design. Built largely in the 18th century around its Roman baths and natural springs, the city became renowned for its classical architecture, crescents, and uniform stone façades. These watercolours explore Bath’s harmonious layout and setting, capturing a place where landscape, planning, and architectural ambition combine to create one of the most distinctive historic cities in England.
