Interesting facts...

For many years, the theatre maintained a unique tribute to its resident spirits: two seats in the auditorium were permanently bolted open so that the theatre’s ghosts always had a place to sit. These seats were never made available to the public. According to local theatre lore, two primary ghosts haunt the building:

The Ballerina: An unknown spectral dancer who has been seen performing pirouettes across the stage.

Ivor Novello: The famous actor, composer, and playwright, who reportedly watches performances from the Dress Circle.
