The Old Royal Naval College is the architectural centrepiece of Maritime Greenwich, a World Heritage Site in Greenwich, London. The Collegewas originally built on the site of the demolished Palace of Placentia.
Sir Christopher Wren designed the college’s iconic buildings for free after the 1694 commission, including the chapel dome that visitors can now explore on exclusive behind-the-scenes tours revealing its intricate construction secrets.

The estate’s transformation into a hospital for sailors came at Queen Mary II’s behest after the palace fell into disrepair; she donated her jewels to fund it.
