The oldest place to freshen up
Floris is a British heritage perfumer, it is the oldest English retailer of fragrance and toiletries and is still family owned and run today by the 8th and 9th generations of the family. It was founded by Juan Famenias Floris, a Spanish immigrant who studied perfumery and married Elizabeth, an English woman. They opened their shop and perfumery at 89 Jermyn Street, in 1730.
Floris has a long history of serving royalty, celebrities and other distinguished customers, such as King George IV, Florence Nightingale, Winston Churchill and Ian Fleming.
Floris fine fragrances shaving products and other toiletries that are still made by hand on the premises.
