The Duke of Kendal is a traditional pub located at 38 Connaught Street in what is now called Connaught Village, within the Marylebone/Paddington area of London.
Connaught Village, an a bit of an exclusive enclave near Marble Arch. It has its own little retail centre and the narrow fronted grid iron pub; the Duke of Kendal. The pub has a community feel and is down to earth despite neighbourTony Blair (who lives under armed guard).
Interesting fact.
It has a single west-facing window meaning late afternoon sun beams majestically through it and if you are lucky on to your pint.
