Bonhams in Mayfair is the London flagship saleroom of the international auction house, located at 101 New Bond Street, Mayfair.

Bonhams is a long-established auction house, founded in 1793, with a strong focus on fine art, antiques, jewellery, watches, motor cars, and other collectables. Its Mayfair site is the company’s main London base and part of its global auction network.

It is the first new auction house built in the UK since the Second World War.

Interesting facts...

As often happens at these large auction houses you do get some odd lots. Bonhams’ “British Cool” sale at New Bond Street once featured a one‑of‑a‑kind Pop Art Bentley redesigned by Sir Peter Blake. Rare “spy‑camera” wristwatch and Cartier “crash” watches also come up from time to time.
