Temple Church is a historic and architecturally significant church in central London, located between Fleet Street and the River Thames. It was built by the Knights Templar as their English headquarters and consecrated in 1185 by the Patriarch of Jerusalem. The church is renowned for its unique Round Church nave, modeled after the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem, reflecting the Templars’ roots in the Crusades.

The church is stepped in old Templar ritual. It has a hidden cell and exntrances. The church’s secrets and symbolism led to its inclusion in Dan Brown’s “The Da Vinci Code,” drawing crowds eager to uncover its mysteries for themselves.
