The San Remo is a historic, luxury cooperative apartment building at 145 and 146 Central Park West, between 74th and 75th Streets, directly facing Central Park on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
Designed by renowned architect Emery Roth, it was completed in 1930 and is a prominent example of Art Deco and Renaissance Revival architecture.
The building is famous for its twin towers, each rising from a 17-story base to a total of 27 stories. Vert recognisable.
